Last Updated: September 16, 2026

Introduction

FlexWork Sports Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its affiliates (together, “FlexWork Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your choices.

This Policy applies to information we collect through the websites, platforms, services, and other digital offerings operated by FlexWork Sports and its affiliates (collectively, the “Services”), including youth sports camps, clinics, events, athlete ambassador programming, media content, and related digital platforms. Specifically, this Policy applies to: (i) our websites, including flexworksports.com (collectively, the “Sites”), (ii) email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Services, (iii) other digital offerings that link to this Policy, and (iv) your interactions with the Services on third-party platforms where this Policy is linked. For purposes of this Policy, “Camp” means any youth sports camp, clinic, event, program, or similar activity offered by FlexWork Sports, and “Participant” means an individual registered to participate in a Camp.

Certain Services, including event registration, payment, athlete development, media, and other features, may be facilitated through third-party websites, applications, or platforms (“Third-Party Platforms”). Those Third-Party Platforms may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies. This Policy applies to Personal Information that FlexWork Sports receives or controls, but does not govern the independent privacy practices of Third-Party Platforms. Please review those third-party policies before providing Personal Information to them.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Terms of Use. Please review both documents to understand your rights and obligations. By accessing or using our websites or Services, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites or Services.

For questions about this Policy or to exercise your rights, you may contact us at support@flexworksports.com.

Children’s Privacy

The Services include youth sports camps, clinics, events, and programs. Persons under thirteen (13) years of age must not submit Personal Information through the Services without verified parental or guardian consent. We request parental or guardian consent before knowingly collecting Personal Information from children under 13. A parent or other authorized person is required to complete and submit registration forms, waivers, medical releases, and other documentation on behalf of a Participant under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we collected Personal Information directly from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it as required by applicable law. If you believe we might have information from or about a child under 13 that was collected without appropriate consent, contact support@flexworksports.com.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Residents of certain state, and, where applicable, minors under 13, 16, or 18, may have additional rights (see the section titled State Privacy Rights (U.S.)).

Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to operate our websites and Services, understand usage, and support our analytics, advertising, and marketing activities.

Strictly Necessary Technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to support core website functionality, registration and payment processes, security, and other features necessary for the Services to function. If you block strictly necessary technologies, some features may not work.

Analytics, Advertising, and Conversion Tracking

We may use third-party analytics, advertising, and conversion-tracking technologies, including technologies provided by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X (Twitter), to:

  • Measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and the conversion of website visitors into customers;
  • Reach users with relevant advertising on third-party platforms, including remarketing to users who have previously visited our websites;
  • Build and target audiences (including custom audiences and lookalike audiences) on advertising platforms; and
  • Understand how users interact with our websites and Services so we can improve them.

These technologies may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and actions taken on our websites. The collection and processing of information by third-party providers are governed by their respective privacy policies in addition to this Policy.

The advertising technologies described in this section relate to online and device activity associated with our Sites and digital offerings. Nothing in this section is intended to authorize the use of Participant personal information, including medical information, waiver information, or other information collected in connection with Camp registration or administration, for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising directed at minors.

Cookie and Advertising Choices

You may control these technologies in several ways:

  • Configure your browser to block or alert you about cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may be required for the Services to function.
  • Adjust your ad preferences directly with applicable third-party platforms, including Meta and Google, through their available account or advertising settings.
  • Use industry opt-out tools, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s WebChoices tool (optout.aboutads.info) or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out (optout.networkadvertising.org).
  • Where applicable, exercise your rights under the State Privacy Rights and California Notices sections below to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may control cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device settings and, where available or required by applicable law, through other privacy or advertising controls described in this Policy.

AI-Enabled Features

Certain Sites may now or in the future use artificial intelligence or natural language processing technologies to support customer-service, chat, or other interactive features. Information you submit through those features may be processed to provide the functionality you request. Use of any optional AI-enabled feature is voluntary and may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable third-party provider.

Chat and Customer Support

Some of our Sites may offer chat or similar customer-support features. Use of a chat feature is voluntary, and chat sessions may be recorded. FlexWork Sports may now or in the future provide customer support through chat or email using artificial intelligence or natural language processing to simulate human conversation. If you do not wish to use such a feature, you may contact us by email instead.

From time to time, our interactions with you may also be conducted by telephone or video conference, and such calls or conferences may be recorded with notice as required by applicable law.

Event Media and Athlete Content

We may record and/or live-stream Camps, events, or other programming, subject to any applicable media release, waiver, or consent obtained during registration, and such content may be made available to other users or the public for media, scouting, recruitment, athlete-development, and promotional purposes. If you upload athlete videos, photographs, performance data, or other content, that content may be used or made accessible consistent with the purpose for which it was provided, any applicable consent or waiver, and this Policy.

Service Providers and Infrastructure

To provide the Services, we rely on third-party service providers for functions such as website and application hosting, event registration, payment processing, e-commerce, customer communications, CRM support, advertising, analytics, and other operational services.

These providers may process Personal Information as necessary to perform services on our behalf. Some Third-Party Platforms may also collect information directly from you under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control the independent privacy practices of those Third-Party Platforms.

We may also work with professional advisors, coaches, leagues, event facilities, athlete ambassadors, sponsoring companies, and other event or program partners in connection with the Services.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information:

  • To our affiliates, contractors, and service providers who support the Services and perform functions on our behalf;
  • To coaches, leagues, event facilities, athlete ambassadors, professional advisors, and other event or program partners, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to administer or provide the applicable Camp, event, programming, safety, media, or other Services;
  • To an applicable event sponsor or marketing partner, but only where a parent, guardian, or other registrant has provided a separate, specific, affirmative, and optional opt-in that is not a condition of registration. We do not provide Participant information to sponsors or marketing partners for their own marketing. Where such an opt-in is provided, we disclose only the parent or guardian’s email address so that the sponsor or marketing partner may send its own promotional or marketing emails;
  • In connection with a corporate transaction (e.g., merger, investment, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer), provided that the receiving entity agrees to handle Personal Information in a manner materially consistent with this Policy or as otherwise permitted by applicable law;
  • To comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, or other legal obligations;
  • To enforce our Terms of Use, ensure security, prevent fraud, investigate complaints, or protect rights, property, and safety; and
  • With your direction or consent.

We may also disclose aggregated and de-identified information to third parties for analytical, research, partnership, advertising-measurement, or similar purposes, including to athletic associations, university or professional partners, event partners, and sponsoring brands. This aggregated or de-identified information does not identify individual users.

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. Depending on applicable law, our use of certain advertising technologies described in the Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies section above may constitute “sharing” of Personal Information or processing for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money is exchanged for the information. You may opt out of such sharing or targeted advertising as described in that section and in the State Privacy Rights and California Notices sections below.

Your Choices

  • Account settings. Where account functionality is available, you may be able to review and update certain account information by logging into your account.
  • Email communications. You may opt out of non-transactional marketing emails from FlexWork Sports by using the unsubscribe link in those messages or by contacting support@flexworksports.com. We may continue to send transactional or other non-marketing communications relating to registrations, purchases, Camps, events, or other Services. If you separately and specifically opt in to receive promotional emails from an event sponsor or marketing partner, you may unsubscribe from that sponsor’s or partner’s emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the applicable communication or by contacting the sponsor or partner directly.
  • Sponsor and third-party email marketing. Where we offer a separate option to receive marketing emails from an event sponsor or marketing partner, your choice is voluntary, specific, and optional, and is not a condition of registration or acceptance of our Terms of Use. If you opt in, we disclose only the parent or guardian’s email address to the applicable sponsor or marketing partner for the purpose described at the time of consent. We do not provide Participant information or telephone numbers to sponsors or marketing partners for their own marketing. You may unsubscribe from those emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided by the applicable sponsor or partner, or by contacting the sponsor or partner directly.
  • SMS / text messages. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. See the SMS / Text Messaging section below for full details.
  • Cookies and advertising. See Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies above for the controls available to you.

Accessing, Correcting, or Deleting Your Information

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Information by emailing support@flexworksports.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We may retain information where permitted or required by law, including for legal, administrative, security, safety, recordkeeping, or other lawful purposes.

If applicable law provides a right to appeal a decision on a privacy request, you may appeal by emailing support@flexworksports.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

State Privacy Rights (U.S.)

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to: (i) confirm processing; (ii) access; (iii) correct; (iv) delete; (v) data portability; and (vi) opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling, where applicable. To exercise rights or appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, email support@flexworksports.com.

California Notices

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what Personal Information we collect, the right to request deletion or correction, the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. As described above, we may use advertising technologies provided by third parties, including Meta and Google, that may constitute “sharing” under California law. You may opt out by adjusting the controls described in Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising Technologies, or by contacting support@flexworksports.com. Separately, where you have affirmatively opted in to sponsor or third-party email marketing, we may disclose only the parent or guardian’s email address to the applicable sponsor or marketing partner as described in the Disclosure of Information section. That consent-based disclosure is distinct from “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may also request information about our disclosures under applicable California law. Contact support@flexworksports.com for California requests. We will respond to verifiable requests in accordance with applicable law and may require additional information to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

EU / EEA / UK Users (GDPR)

Where GDPR (or UK GDPR) applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract; legitimate interests (e.g., security, service improvement, internal operations, and certain analytics and marketing); compliance with legal obligations; and consent where required, including for certain marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and advertising technologies. You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (including to direct marketing), and data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time as described in this Policy. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis. To exercise rights, email support@flexworksports.com.

For more information about international processing or transfers of Personal Information, please see the International Transfers section below or contact us.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, physical, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Information against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. We may use encryption and limit access to employees, contractors, and agents who need Personal Information to perform a specific function. We also require appropriate written commitments from third parties that have access to Personal Information, consistent with applicable law.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Any transmission of information through the Services is at your own risk, and you are responsible for safeguarding any credentials associated with your account where applicable.

Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our rights, maintain appropriate records, or as otherwise permitted by law. For example, registration, transaction, and waiver records are generally retained for a period consistent with applicable statutes of limitations and legal requirements, and medical or health-related information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for safety administration and is deleted or de-identified thereafter. We aim to limit retention consistent with our operational and legal needs.

In determining how long to retain particular categories of Personal Information, we may consider factors including:

  • The date the information was collected;
  • The frequency and nature of your interactions with FlexWork Sports;
  • The date of your last interaction with us;
  • Whether the purpose for which the information was collected has been completed;
  • Whether continued retention is appropriate for legal, safety, accounting, tax, recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes; and
  • Whether the information relates to an account, registration, transaction, waiver, medical or safety record, or other record that reasonably should be retained for operational or legal purposes.

Once an applicable retention period expires, we will take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or anonymize the relevant Personal Information, except where continued retention is required or permitted by law or is subject to a legal hold or other preservation obligation.

International Transfers

FlexWork Sports Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the data controller for the processing activities described in this Policy where that concept applies under applicable law.

The Services are hosted in the United States and are intended primarily for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.

Where applicable law requires protections for cross-border transfers of Personal Information, FlexWork Sports will handle such transfers in accordance with applicable law.

By using our websites or Services or providing us with information, you acknowledge that your Personal Information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may not offer the same level of protection as those in your home country.

SMS / Text Messaging

FlexWork Sports may send SMS/text messages as part of the Services. The following terms apply to text messages sent through our Services (the “FlexWork Sports SMS Messaging Program”).

Program Description and Use Cases

The FlexWork Sports SMS Messaging Program may be used to send Camp or event confirmations, logistical or transactional updates, post-Camp surveys, and follow-up communications regarding your Camp or event experience.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is obtained through a separate affirmative opt-in at the point of registration or another appropriate consent mechanism. Providing your mobile phone number in another context does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS/text messages. Your consent is voluntary, is not a condition of any purchase, and applies only to the phone number you provide at the time of opt-in.

Consent Disclosure

Where SMS/text consent is requested through a registration form, checkbox, or similar mechanism, the applicable consent disclosure will be presented at the point of collection in accordance with applicable law and the messaging program being offered.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is limited to the communications described above. For each Camp or event registration, you may receive a one-time survey text and one follow-up message for feedback or reviews, in addition to any transactional or logistical messages covered by the applicable consent. We do not use this program to send unrelated bulk marketing texts.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, we may send a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent under that SMS consent unless you re-opt in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to participate in a Camp or event or receive non-SMS communications.

Help

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@flexworksports.com.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

No Sharing of Mobile Information

We do not sell, share, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS consent/opt-in data with third parties, sponsors, or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers that support the delivery and administration of the messaging program solely for those operational purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used by FlexWork Sports to deliver messages you have consented to receive and for related program administration.

Delivery

Delivery of SMS/text messages depends on your mobile carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent provided by applicable law.

Scope

All other provisions of this Privacy Policy apply to information collected through the FlexWork Sports SMS Messaging Program. In the event of a conflict between this section and another provision of this Privacy Policy, this section governs with respect to mobile numbers and SMS/text messaging consent data.

Third-Party Links

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products, services, registration platforms, payment services, social media features, athlete platforms, or other links through our websites or Services. These third-party sites and platforms have separate and independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for their independent privacy practices, content, or activities.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes may also be announced through a website notice or other appropriate means. Where applicable law requires additional consent for a new use or disclosure of Personal Information, we will seek that consent rather than relying solely on your continued use of the Services.
